The whole experience at The Skin Retreat was top notch!! This was my first time to see anyone professionally about my skin and boy was this enlightening!! The Visia assessment with Jackie was incredible....I had no idea what all was really going on beneath the surface. She is so knowledgeable and sent me in the right directions as far as products. Then on to a heavenly facial plus a few add-ons with Christina. She has the hands of an angel, I swear! She made me feel so relaxed and at ease the entire time! She even made sure to remind me no cleaning or cooking for two days (and my husband totally bought it!) haha!! I really can not say enough great things about the whole staff and I do not feel like 5 stars is enough. I am hooked on this place for sure! I can't wait to go back for more!!

Dr. Shewmake and the Ladies are definitely top shelf service! Their motto is "Beauty is more than skin deep, its also the Experience and the Laughs along the Way", is SOOO true! I Love this place and most of all I Love the superb customer service, and the Beautiful Ambiance from the time I walk in the door till the time I leave. Today was my first time trying the Zo skin Care System....Whooooa!; it works wonderfully! Thanks Dr. Shewmake, I always feel renewed and like a true Queen!

Going to Dr. Shewmake was one of the best decisions of my life! Not only is the office staff friendly and professional, *everyone* in his practice is wonderful! I am open and proud about the fact I had cosmetic surgery and, at the risk of sounding unoriginal, I feel like a whole new woman. I've never been this at peace with my body in my whole life. He was recommended by a friend who had the same procedure done. My initial consult was free and took about an hour. Of course, I was well prepared going into it so I someone else's may be a little longer or shorter. I felt comfortable with Dr. Shewmake the whole time and was totally at ease. Once we were finished, Raeann Wilson, Surgical Coordinator, took care of any financial and administrative questions and got me a quote on the spot. When I called back to schedule my surgery, they let me pay my deposit and got me in as soon as they could. I find the cost of my procedure to be fair and reasonable for the area and compared to other local surgeons. There are other surgeons who charge less for the same procedure that my close friend highly recommends. But I find Dr. Shewmake's bedside manner, professional presence, high standing in the medical community, and *attention to every little detail of the pre and post op care of his patients* to be well worth the price. It's important to note Dr. Shewmake required a lot of restrictions, dietary changes, and even herbal supplements (he provided) in the weeks before my surgery. But my close friend's surgeon had basically no restrictions or recommendations. That was not a turn off in the least since he was basically prepping my body to be in the "healthiest" state it could be for rapid recovery post op. That had a huge impact on my decision to go with Dr. Shewmake. I haven't tried any of his other services or products so I cannot comment on that part of his practice. If you're looking for a cosmetic surgeon who's been practicing for over 20 years with an impressive track record, relaxing aura, and holds his patient's pre and post op care in the highest regard, GO TO DR. SHEWMAKE!

The place is really nice and the staff is very professional, friendly and efficient. I enjoy each session with Christina Fitzgerald, she pays attention to the details and I can see already the results of the treatments, thank you!

My first visit was an eye opener! Jackie, was great, having a Facial Assessment, and her recommendations, along with Christina giving her opinions and suggesting what was the right treatment, has reversed the aging process.
